  • We start on Friday at 16h00 with decompressing, grounding, breaking fast, and a fire chat.
  • Saturday is the silent day retreat.
  • Sunday we have a solo meditative walk by the river, and a brunch to close your journey with lightness and clarity.

Bonini, known as “The Breath Whisperer,” is more than just a breathwork expert—she’s your guide to deep, transformative healing. With over 25 years of experience, she harnesses the power of purposeful therapeutic diaphragmatic breathing to address stress at its root. Her science-backed approach promotes relaxation, restores balance, and unlocks the body’s natural ability to heal.

Dr. Nadia Francis is a doctor, certified TRE® provider, and trauma-informed practitioner dedicated to holistic healing. As the founder of Somatic Wisdom & Wellness, she empowers individuals to regulate their nervous systems through TRE®, breathwork, and somatic exercises. Dr. Nadia’s approach combines science and compassion, helping you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

Important Information That You Need To Know

How long is the Silent Retreat?

This year, you have two options:
Option 1: Attend on Saturday the 14th of February 2026: for the 1-day event from 08:30 am to 6.00 pm
Option 2: Attend from Friday, 13 February to Sunday, 15 February 2026, for the whole weekend, as we have additional activities that we will do.

Where is the Silent Retreat?

Our assigned retreat is the River Villa Retreat. The route and road are friendly, with a few potholes here and there, especially the road to Melody Hill Retreat.

How will I get to the venue?

Travel to the venue is on you; however, you will be given nutritious plant-based meals whether you opt to join us for the 1-day or the weekend.

What time must I be there if I am staying over?

Check-in time is from 12:00 to 15:00.  Friday program starts at 16:00 and dinner will be served at 19:00

Is this Retreat suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our programs are designed to cater to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors provide guidance tailored to your needs.

What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend comfortable clothing and a yoga mat. In addition, if you are staying over, bring your swimwear.

A wellness goodie bag—to kick start the year, feeling light, energized, and purposeful.
