- Saturday is the silent day retreat.

Important Information That You Need To Know
How long is the Silent Retreat?
This year, you have two options:
Option 1: Attend on the 14th of February: for the 1-day event from 08:30 am to 5 pm
Option 2: Attend from Friday, 13 February to Sunday, 15 February 2026, for the whole weekend, as we have additional activities that we will do.
Where is the Silent Retreat?
Our assigned retreat is the River Villa Retreat. The route and road are friendly, with a few potholes here and there, especially the road to Melody Hill Retreat.

How will I get to the venue?
Travel to the venue is on you; however, you will be given nutritious meals whether you opt to join us for the 1-day or the weekend.
What time must I be there if I am staying over?
Check-in time is from 12:00 to 15:00. Friday program starts at 16:00 and dinner will be served at 19:00
Is this Retreat suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our programs are designed to cater to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors provide guidance tailored to your needs.
What should I bring to the retreat?
We recommend comfortable clothing and a yoga mat. In addition, if you are staying over, bring your swimwear.
