Cancellation & Refund Policy as 20 September 2023

1. If the client is not able to make the scheduled or rescheduled appointment, the client is most welcome to donate the session or transfer it in the form of a voucher as a gift to a person or an organization of their choice.

2. For Covid-19 PCR tests, coaching programs, healing sessions, customized proposals, and events – once an invoice has been raised and the client cancels the booking or order, the client will be charged 35% of the billed amount (The exact amount will be subject to the costs incurred to process the order/booking/event).

3. No rescheduling 24 hours prior to the booking date/time and no refunds.

4. No show for face-to-face or virtual sessions. A representative of Bonini Co. Beyond Knowing will try to contact the client via email or cellphone contact in the first 5 minutes of the scheduled time. And allocate a further wait and see approach if still no feedback from the client. After a solid 15 minutes client will forfeit the session with no refund.

5. Appointments delayed due to technical, or health issues will be rescheduled at no extra charge.

6. Should Bonini Co. Beyond Knowing need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events, we will do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

7. Exception: at Bonini Co. Beyond Knowing, we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 – 48 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments and or bookings. Clients are given 2 grace appointments over a period of 3 months to reschedule their no-shows or cancellations at no additional costs.

8. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Payfast or EFT.

9. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Bonini Co Beyond Knowing via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://www.payfast.co.za/ to view their security certificate and security policy.

10. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Bonini Co Beyond Knowing separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to https://www.payfast.co.za/

11. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
