Melody Hill Retreat, Magaliesberg (1 hour from Johannesburg). The route and road are friendly, with a few potholes here and there, especially the road to Melody Hill Retreat

Can I participate in the fasting protocol with Dr. Nadia if I’m not attending the Burnout Recovery Retreat?

Absolutely! Dr. Nadia’s fasting protocol is designed to stand alone as a powerful wellness experience. You can join the program independently of the Burnout Recovery Retreat. To reserve your spot, please visit Hurry, as the booking deadline is 30 August 2024.

How will I get to the venue?

It is self-drive; however, a shuttle service from the airport to Melody Hill Retreat can be arranged on request. Terms and conditions apply. You can email to discuss the terms and conditions, the fee, and the collection area

What time must I be there?

Check-in time is from 10:00 to 13:00. Program for day 1 starts at 14:00. It’s optional to come the Saturday.

Will food be provided for me at the Burnout Recovery Retreat?

Yes, there are healthy vegetarian dishes with a huge focus on nourishment and vitality

What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend comfortable clothing, swimwear, hiking boots, and a yoga mat.
